Making Progress

This week we are proud to present to our readers the annual edition showcasing things that are exciting and new in our community: Progress 2010.

Beginning this week, two of eight Progress editions will accompany this newspaper. It is an opportunity for us to focus on the people and institutions that make this region a wonderful place to live, work and call home.

The sections are Health, Education, Government, Sports and Leisure, Commerce, Faith and Family, Neighbors and Community.

Look for them each Sunday in February.

This week, we will take a look at the progress that has been made locally in health and education. Among the stories enclosed in these sections are profiles of the three new principals at our schools and new doctors at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

We hope you enjoy the stories and photos in these sections as much as we enjoyed putting them together for you.
